Awful packaging! Broken box and actual device arrived with bent wires. No instructions and very flimsy. Not sure how this has been sold as a genuine item

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Dreadful product, box damaged, no instructions and the worse thing I have ever bought off amazon and I have bought a lot. Awful.

Saved my hubby ruining the sink by bringing it all in each time - BBQ is clean in half the time and does a great job.

DO NOT BUY THIS - It is not a steam cleaner, it’s just water that drips out the end and onto the bbq. Bbq has to be hot for this to work. It’s so cheap and flimsy, the plastic feels like it will break with any pressure. All in all not up to the job. Tried to return it but was given a return address of China so it will cost more to return than the refund. Basically a con and should be removed from Amazon. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING LIKE THIS, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
