Why 3 way light bulbs doesn't it work on an e26 socket?

The 3-way bulb uses standard E26 medium base and must be used with 3 way lamp socket light fixtures

Why 3-way bulb shows only one brightness?

3 way bulbs must be used with 3 way dimmable switches,cannot be used with touch lamp,dimmers(which cause noise) and conventional switches(displays only 1200 lumens of medium brightness).

Why is the display not at the first brightness level when the bulb is lit?

Three way light bulbs with memory function, turn offthe light stopped in which gear, the next time to turnon the light is the corresponding gear.
