I ordered these Sennheiser wireless earbuds refurbished, as I could not resist the considerably lower price when compared to the current retail price. The product appeared to be as new, and they are performing perfectly. The sound quality is first rate, and I appreciate the opportunity to create a custom eq curve. The earbuds (copper color) are attractive and comfortable. I have had no connectivity issues, and the battery life is adequate for my needs. I am very happy with this purchase.

The sound quality on these is ok but only when you have them near max volume and the Bluetooth connectivity on these is horrible. Half the time only on connects and it takes several tries of pairing and turning them on and off. I returned them and have to wait two to three weeks for a refund which is ridiculous. If you buy these don’t buy refurbished.

GREAT sound quality and fit into my ears. Second pair of Sennheisers bought ONLY because I lost one of the previous earbuds. I ONLY use Sennheiser earbuds and headphones. EASILY the best available and worth EVERY DIME.

My hearing is fair…however, I’ve yet to find bluetooth buds loud enough for my liking. These are no exception…except these have features to compensate for that. The SMART CONTROL app, used in conjunction with the buds, is a vital tool in customizing my listening pleasure. The ‘tap’ features are numerous and each bud has its own settings, but it is customizable via SMART CONTROL. The ‘tap’ feature can be disabled entirely if need be. The touch is very sensitive, so much so that removing them or stowing away the buds to the case can easily change settings. Ergonomically they are nice. They twist into ear and stay put thanks to the custom tips and grommets. The initial connecting to phone was a little challenging. Without SMART CONTROL, I’m not sure it would even be possible. Over all, they are well thought-out in design, function and aesthetic. After a few months, I’m wishing I had not gotten RENEWED. It’s been quirky. The right hand bud will only charge with case open. It would be great if the charging case was connected to the app via bluetooth without having to remove buds, connect, then re-cradle the buds. The charging is confusing and not user friendly.

These were recommended to me by a friend and WOW. I have never used real noise-canceling headphones before and these make such a difference for school. The app is easy to use so I can just check to see if the noise-canceling feature is on or not, and turn it on/off easily. Very much worth the money if you are in noisy areas and are having trouble focusing. I did notice that they're best for humming ambient noise (machinery, laundry, fans). You definitely can still hear conversations around you, but they are much softer. One thing I'll do there is play white noise through the headphones with the noise canceling function on and that makes a huge difference.

Decent but not an upgrade nor worth the price.

worked for 6 months until right earphone started giving me issues and stopped working.

Very good headphones. Well recommended.
