Best product and installation and service is poor
Best product for deep cleaning. Installation and demonstration is not properly managed. Very delayed response and not user friendly mechanism.

This is a pack of 4 mopping pads. I.e pack of 2. The listing incorrectly says pack of 3 which is not true. I bought it for 4744 which is a pretty decent price and so it's ok considering ecovacs website price is more than this for the same product
