The Rehband RX Original V-knee sleeves 7mm can be washed in warm water at 40°C with similar colors. Our recommendation is to use a laundry net or bag for a longer durability. Only air dry the knee sleeves.

great product that will need replacing depending on usage

definitely a game changer for lifting. Also use them for hockey. I'm starting to notice lack of support after about 6-8 months of lifting and playing hockey so I'll probably be due for a new pair after a year. I don't think that is bad given what I've put them through.
