My leg 10cm below knee cap measured at 38cm so according to the sizing chart I went with large. It was the perfect fit.

great product that will need replacing depending on usage
definitely a game changer for lifting. Also use them for hockey. I'm starting to notice lack of support after about 6-8 months of lifting and playing hockey so I'll probably be due for a new pair after a year. I don't think that is bad given what I've put them through.
