Awesome Coco powder
I actually made chocolate bars using this coco powder. Tips: don't follow Indian youtube channels teaching chocolate making instead use milk compound, icing sugar and unsalted butter. For best taste, just add liquid milk, it won't be a bar but you'll love it.
