This thing is GREAT!!! Easy to put together. We mounted it on treated 2x4 so we can skid it around the yard to new grass patches. We rescued a feral mother cat and 4 kittens. They have been living in my tiny bathroom!

There is no litterbox access the way it's designed - the two tiny doors at the bottom are too small to service or change a litterbox and the higher shelves are too small for one. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I had someone assemble it for me because it was too difficult to do myself - wish I had paid closer attention. It's essentially useless for what I wanted it for - confining and caring for an older, occasionally incontinent cat. Can't recommend if this is what you need it for.

Took me an entire day to assemble. The directions are not very clear and it was poor quality. Nothing fit right and was very flimsy until every single peice was on. If I sneezed wrong it would have broke a peice. But if you have half a brain cell like me and a good drill it is not the worst thing I guess 10 out of 10 would not buy again.

Worth every penny! I feed homeless feral cats and trying to provide a warm place to sleep for the night or however long they want. I love this cat enclosure. I get so much joy out of watching the stray cats come and get a nice meal.

Definitely needs two people to construct. Some piece a little awkward to handle only. Best to follow direclions in order, it is set up to save messing up parts etc. Kitties really enjoy climbing and climbing on top to lord overthe peasants who put it together.all six of minechase each other in and out .

So this might be a unique purpose for this catio. Long story short, I fostered this tuxedo cat who needed emergency surgery for a bladder problem. He was unable to urinate and almost died. He was thriving at my house for months until suddenly my other cat started guarding the litter boxes and would attack him if he tried. So then the tuxedo cat was going potty on the floor anywhere he could. So I got this catio, built it without the lower shelves and without the lounging bowl (I might modify that later,) and I put a litter box and food in here. I am also custom installing a microchip entrance door once he’s used to being in here. Then only he will have access to to catio and he will have a safe place to go to eat and potty whenever he wants to.Overall it’s sturdy while being lightweight. I built it downstairs and dragged it upstairs when it was done. The smell was weird but not terrible and is fading. The instructions were fairly easy but not super easy. Installation took me about 3 or more hours.

I had to make an entirely new hole or two of the screws but the other holes lined up fine there.It's been well over a month or more and this thing still stinks.I regret buying this at all honestly. Even my cats hate it.
