Do I need to add tomato paste while cooking?

Healthy, delicious warms your soul kind of soup

Delicious tarhana soup. Authentic taste and smell. The texture is perfect. Its like my grandmother made it with all natural ingredients. Its that good. Make sure to saute tomato paste before adding the water as this tarhana is white. Some of them are already red you don’t have to but this you need to. Its delicious. 100% recommend it.
