Great product. I've been using this daily for a little over a year after discovering the benefits of Creatine in per menopausal women. Daily i do do take more that the suggested amount as I've read about the benefits of overloading on creatine. I feel this going ves me a boost in the morning to start my days in a positive direction. I do also find of you mix with collagen the flavour takes on a creamy take and also helps the creatine dissolve more so it's less gritty. When I say gritty Ildont find it off-putting at all just reminds me of a bits you sometimes get at the bottom of a nesquik milkshake. No bad side effects.

Mixes very well and really aids recover and workouts. I think next time i will go for the plain version as i find the strawberry one very sweet and a kind of artificial taste. Don't get me wrong its not an awful taste, I'm sure some will love it. I think next time i will go for the no flavour one. Overall its great value for money and works well.

I have been using this for about 2-3 years now. I like the strawberry flavor, it mix ok, dissolve better in a bit warmer water but also fine in cold water. Usually buy it when it is on discount so value for money.

I wasn’t expecting much for under £8, but this strawberry-flavoured creatine really surprised me. The taste is actually quite pleasant — not too sweet, and it mixes easily with water or juice without leaving any gritty residue. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and can definitely feel the difference in my workouts — more energy and better recovery. Creatine is pretty much same everywhere - just need to make sure it's a legit brand and follow sales. Daily recommended dose is 5g so this tub will last 2 months using every day. The 500g pack is excellent value for money and will last a long time even with daily use. Overall, I’d definitely buy this again. Affordable, effective, and tastes good — can’t ask for much more!

The creatine itself is great. But its just the flavour that puts me off it taste like a really bad McDonald's strawberry milkshake. I have now changed to the blue raz flavour and its much better
