Quality, great flavors, and textures.
Great flavor, textures, and overall top notch quality! A little pricey, but well worth it. I haven't tried all of them yet (I got the gift set) and the smoked mackerel has me wanting more. The mackerel has a light but well balanced smokey flavor, which compliments the natural mackerel flavor; the texture had a nice mouthfeel - not overprocessed, with a perfect bite.I would love to see a smoked or salt-brine herring (not pickled!) - I'd be buying up all your stock!

Worth the price
I cannot even explain how much better this is than other tinned fish. The price had me REALLY upset until I tried it. This is better than most high end filets of fish I could buy in a fancy restaurant. My bad Fishwife, I didnt know, now i know.
