Q: How do i check which print is the board game?

Please, take a look at the top right corner of your player mat and compare it to the last image of the product on Amazon.

Q: Is this made via 3D printing or "stamped" from full plate? I wish to understand how accurate it is..

Agree with previous response. This is a plastic overlay which you place over the production sheet and it will hold your production counters in place so they don't slide around. It looks like the production cubes fit well into the overlay but I have not tried it in game conditions yet. The plastic overlay May slide a little bit but can easily be lined up again over the production sheet. I have yet to decide whether to permanently glue this plastic overlay to my production sheets.
