I purchased this air purifier because of some health problems. Last year in October I had a serious health problem that put me in the hospital for a while. The doctors found out that my immune system was very low because of another medication I was taking for something else. My immune system being low has caused many health problems for me, including my allergies being much worse than regularly. My doctor suggested an air purifier and I shopped around for one for a couple of months. I decided on this one as it seemed to fit my knee the best. I had it for approximately a week when I decided to purchase another one exactly like this one. I live on a cement road and a lot of small trucks go up and down the road including many cars. It’s not that busy but all of those cars and trucks send dust into my living room. Just two days after I first turned this air purifier on the dust that was already settled on my TV stand was noticeably less. And this is absolutely true. I actually noticed it. So I dusted that table while everything in the living room. Then I watched to see how much dust would gather. To my pleasant surprise it’s so much less than what it was still a little bit of dust, but nothing compared to before I started using this air purifier. A couple of days after I purchased the second one I started shopping for more filters. I’m that person that likes to have it on hand when I need it so I purchased a package with four filters two for each air purifier. Part of the reason that I purchased them then is because the exact ones that I needed I found at a price much less than the other ones that were advertised. I can’t say enough good about this air purifier. It’s small enough to sit on a table or to sit in a floor and not be in the way. It keeps the air noticeably cleaner and cuts down on all smells. No one‘s ever said my house smell smells, but I’m very conscious of keeping the air smelling good. An added plus with this air purifier is it has a little area on the top that you can use essential oils to freshen the air even more. I’m totally sold on this air purifier and I would suggest for anyone that wants the air in their home to be pure and clean. Especially those with allergies or immune deficiencies and it goes without saying that anyone with children needs this. It’s also got a child safety lock on it so if you have children, they cannot turn it off or on and there’s no moving parts on the outside that would harm anyone.

From what I can tell this system can pick up. Heavily induced cooking smoke, but it does not pick up things like cigarette smoke or vape smoke, especially if it comes through windows or vent systems. As to whether it picks up dust order or anything from pets. I can't say. I know it can pick up cooking smoke because it did so once my system spiked and went from a calm 15 to 80 within a few seconds I was in bedroom and the smoke was in kitchen. At any other time, my system stays within calm 20 limit and doesn't rise. Always staying green. It has never gone into any color other than this. I've had for about a month and half I believe. My original purpose for getting this was to help with the smoke. As someone has been smoking in the building that I live in. And it's been going through my vent system, but this doesn't seem to be strong enough to catch it. It is helping with other things. So it's not a complete waste. But I still need to solve my current problem. It's not that difficult to move. I can either put it on my bookshelf or I can put it in my window sill.

Cats. Dogs. Guinea pigs, oh my! We love animals here and we (I) have asthma, while my husband has a strong odor sniffing nose! We actually have 2 purifiers going. One in the room with litter boxes and one in the main part of the house. I can see the dusty evidence on the filter, which is super easy to clean and replace! We keep ours running on the top speed, but I do like having the option for an automatic speed. I notice when it is on auto, it generally stays at the lower level. Just plug it in and you are all set! I feel like people who come into the house do not suffer from dog or cat allergies like they typically would.

Placed it in room with dogs it's keep the dirt way down!!!
