Used on the plane to travel. Stayed cold for 2 days before we got to our destination. Continued to stay cold. Tested that just to see. Held 2 of my Zepbound shots in sleeves easily. It comes with sleeves so you don’t need to buy extra unless you need more then 2

Great product. Have used it on three overseas trips and keeps 3 injector pens cool for over 12 hours.

Keeps stuff cool. Refrigerated the metal 'bottle' overnight and froze the ice pack before I departed on a 30 hour trip of flights and airport transits. When I arrived, the temperature was showing 43F/6C. One drawback - the Ice pack should have its volume marked in ml as while it will go on the initial flight as a solid, it does melt and after that ends getting snagged by carry-on liquid rules. It looks like its more than 100ml, so there may be an opportunity for this company to switch the big single ice pack to multiple gel packs each under 100 ml. This way, even if one has to pull the ice packs out for airport security inspection, they can be put back into the bottle quickly to maintain the lower temperature. Also, it really only fits 2 Trulicity pens. You could remove the tops and jam a 3rd one in, but its a tight fit.

Absolute awful product -COMPLETE GARBAGE. Does not keep temperature for long! I originally bought this product because the Disoncare I had bought was wayy too small and had a lip that made getting items out a pain! Upon opening, I was thrilled to see how roomy this Youshares was, but in comparison to the Disoncare, I noticed the temperature was always one degree off. I left the lids off the two and had them in room temperature and this one was always one degree warmer. I decided to test the two side by side with the ice block and this is where the product FAILED Miserably. This product claims to keep your meds cool for 48 hours. Starting out, both this product and the disoncare started off at the same temperature, besides the 1 degree difference. Within a few hours, the temperature on this Youshares cooler steadily kept increasing in temp while the Disoncare stayed the same temp. Within 8 hours, this youshares had climbed to 62 degrees while the Disoncare stayed around the same temperature. How is this anywhere near the 48 hour claim?!? This was meant for my expensive meds that need to stay within a specific temp range, I'm so glad I tested beforehand. I did confirm after 8 hour test, this ice block was room temperature and the disoncare was still ICE COLD. The Disoncare keeps meds between 33-46 degrees for 48 hours and actually does what it claims to do! This is absolute trash and will not keep your meds within acceptable range for the 48 hours as it claims. Please use caution if storing your meds or peptides in this device.

Love it, makes traveling with peptides easier, just wish it came with an extra pouch or two.

Surpassed my expectations. Touch screen to see temperature calms my nerves when traveling. Doesn’t look like a cooler and is easy to fit in my bag or purse. Great quality and price.

Kept our insulin pens cold! Worked great

It doesn’t stay cold quite as long as it says, but it works. The pens were cold.

Bien hecha la hielera, si bien yo no lo compre para lo que se diseñó es bastante útil para mis gotas que necesitan refrigeración después de ser compradas y hay que transportarlas frías.

No dura las 24 hrs como anuncia y eso que le puse el gel congelante que viene y otro que yo tenia... duro entre 1 y 8 grados no mas de 6 hrs y eso que la temperatura ambiente de la ciudad era agradable no calor extremo, estuvimos a 20 grados lo mas caliente del dia .
