LOVE LOVE LOVE! Absolutely delicious soy milk with CLEAN ingredients. How crazy is that? No weird fillers or gums or loads of sugar. It is super fresh and tasty! It’s great alone, sweetened at home with allulose or monkfruit, in lattes(froths very well), or used as 1:1 replacement for animal milk. I love this, and I will continue to buy! I am Asian, so I’m very picky about my soy milk. I grew up drinking Yeo brand soy milk, but was saddened to see the amount of sugar and additives in it as Ive gotten older. This scratches the itch without the junk, and actually tastes like quality soy milk! AND it’s organic! Soy milk has tons of benefits, don’t ever let people scare you about soy. Breast cancer runs in my family, and phytoestrogens from soy can actually help prevent it and help balance estrogen problems as us women age. Men benefit too, but I dont want this review to get too much longer. Plus, soy milk is great if you’re trying to build muscle because of the protein content! Use discernment when reading negative things about soy! Cow milk is far more harmful and has hormones that actually do negatively impact the body. Leave the cow milk to the baby cows. This is the only soy milk I use for making soy yogurt. I’ve tried all available soy milks to make my own yogurt. This one, by far, gives me the best results. It’s also the only one I use other applications such as soups and in baking. Because we strictly follow a WFPBNO diet, this combined with Kitehill’s vegan ricotta, some nutritional yeast and seasoning we can enjoy ricotta in dishes. Great consistency. And it’s organic( a must with soy products in the US).

Edensoy has been my favorite Soymilk for years. It has all the qualities I look for - vegan, gluten free, unsweetened, and organic. It tastes great in my coffee and cereals, and I use it in place of milk when cooking. The 32-oz shelf stable cartons stack up nicely in my pantry and fit well in my refrigerator. They always come with a long shelf life, while staying fresh in the refrigerator for 7 days after opening. Easy to hold while pouring. The price is comparable to other similar products. Would recommend to anyone who drinks soymilk. The only issue I have found is when the container is full, the first usage can spill out messily, perhaps due to the small spout size.

I love this stuff! Very few brands contain only soy beans and nothing else. This is pure and without all the additives. I use this daily. It tastes great and has a long shelf life - not that it ever lasts more than a few days on my house.
