Great Period Underwear. Better Than Thinx
My preteen's favorite period underwear. The protective barrier stretches from the front waist band all the way to the back, which is the best for exercise and lying down. It is thin, not bulky, it does not make rustling sounds when walking. It looks like regular underwear with added protection for leaks. Of course you still have to use feminine hygiene products. These do not have the absorbency for free flowing, unless with really light flow at beginning of end of cycle. I'm comparing these to the expensive Thinx underwear which we bought before these. They were bulky, the barrier did not go from waist band to waist band, and they looked so old after a few washes. But the main issue with those was the bulk was noticeable through her jeans, and she experienced leaks in bed while sleeping and even leaks in public. These underwears don't have any of those problems and price is great. Also they're FSA eligible! For size reference 5'1", 115 to 120 lbs. Wears Medium in these.

Loved - but why are they “teens”?
These are great. I wanted colours, patterns but all were labelled “teen”. I thought maybe they were sized smaller than usual. I’m 46, a size 6 - they fit the same as any “adult” period undies (these aren’t my first - do size up in all period undies - they are snug on purpose and you will be bloated).

WHY ARE YOU WAITING?
My daughter requested these this school year and i hadn't ever heard of them, but i like them now, they are very soft-comfortable, the quality seems great as well, as they are still holding up and doing their job. We haven't had any "accidents" since using these, they have been quite the "life-saver" absorbency and coverage would rate 10/10.

fits to size
These are nice and do what they need to do. I disagree with those who say they run small and are hard to pull on. My daughter wears S and XS in women's size. She's slender and 5 ft 3'. I first got her a Medium, but they were too big on her (loose in the butt), and I had to exchange for XS which fit her just fine. Bonus points: this brand comes in many colors which she loved.

Mom of a teen and preteen
As a mom of two preteen girls, finding period products that feel comfortable, reliable, and not embarrassing has been so important to me—and these period panties have honestly been a game changer for our household. My girls were nervous at first, but they immediately loved how these feel just like regular underwear. They’re soft, breathable, and not bulky at all, which made them much more confident wearing them to school and activities. From my perspective, I love the peace of mind. The absorbency is impressive—no leaks, no stains, and no panicked texts during the school day. They’ve been especially helpful for lighter days, overnight protection, and as backup on heavier days. Cleanup is easy too: rinse, wash, and reuse. It’s saved us money and reduced waste, which is a win as a parent. Most importantly, these have helped make periods feel less scary and more normal for my girls. Anything that gives them confidence and comfort during this stage of life is worth it, and I would absolutely recommend these to other moms navigating the preteen years. I’m still not sure I’d trust without added protection. Huge peace of mind for my girls that they won’t ever leak through.
