These are really good and I don’t taste any artificial sweetener. They are a bit gooey, but not runny. Softer than kraft caramels, but not much softer, they are just right. In fact, I prefer them to kraft caramels.

I have to say that I’m impressed with this caramel. It is true that the texture can be confusing. It’s not soft or hard, sorta right in the middle. What’s impressive is that by the addition of the almonds, it helped to balance that texture “weirdness” in my opinion. There was a little stickiness on the top of my molars that also gave it an authentic caramel after-feel the further I chewed. But the flavor? WOW! I can see why others and their reviews indicated eating more than several. They’re delicious! Taste just like a caramel without any weird aftertaste. Eating a couple got rid of my sugar fix without pounding in the calories. Definite 5 stars for that alone, and definitely worth its price. This will be a go to for sure!

Dear ChocZero: Thank you for giving me the flavor, texture and satisfaction that I crave in a Keto-friendly form. I love candy - especially caramel. Unfortunately, sugar kills my diet and worse, inflames my joints. These are so good... soft, melt-in-your-mouth that leaves me smiling.
