These noodles were delicious. I prefer this healthier option. Easy to prepare. Just be careful to not overcook if you are an al dente person. I definitely overate first time.

Soak in hot water & an simple 3 ingredient sauce mixture (add meat &/or mushrooms or us your imagination)You can make a quick & easy delicious Japchae! I use it as a simple side dish,quick & simple. I've bought this exact product multiple times already because of it's not bad for my health & it's taste & value and will continue to do so. Long as heck, but taste and cook great.
These are real good. But long as heck. Over a foot long. Hard to break them in half. But if you like you noodles longer that Rapunzel's hair, then these are for you.
