I've been enjoying using this. I've been adding it to my coffee. I don't use a lot so it's hard for me to tell what benefit I just enjoy the richness of the chocolate. Definitely needs to be hot liquids for better dissolvability But keep in mind that powder's like this will never dissolve completely.
