This is the best tallow I have found on the market. It is very soft and creamy and has great flavor. It has a very pure smell, creamy color, good fat content and is very smooth. This tallow is not grainy or lumpy at all. It is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. I love using this product as it is easy to use and functions well.

The product arrived today. First off it was not the same color as advertised. The product photo has been enhanced. But the worst is yet to come. I opened the first Jar and the smell was just horrible. It was super pungent, smokey, and leathery. I would not be able to cook any food with this product and have the stomach to eat it. Don't waste your money and time. Horrible experience.

Adds delicious and full-bodied flavor when used for cooking. I was looking for some beef tallow that I could use to make a body butter. This brand has a yellow tint and smells faintly of beef fat, so I couldn't use it for body butter, but it's great for cooking, though! For the body butter, I ended up getting some tallow from Costco -- that one is completely white and has no faint food scent.

Superior quality and taste. Great for many different types of cooking methods, I like it for high heat cooking. And it's a great value for the price, I love that it comes with 3 jars! As far as smell, it smells like normal tallow... the negative reviews about smell are clearly people who haven't tried tallow before. I have no complaints!
