Excellent for long distance runs
I run ultra marathons, and combined with some real food and gels, these provide perfect fuel for longer runs. They are easy to store, open, consume, digest and taste good. You can't ask for more than that.

Great compact option
These are great to have on hand to get you through long days of mountain biking and road rides. I typically have three different textures with me for long days, and these are one of my favorites. Lemon flavor is.my favorite, the mint is decent too.

2 flavours in 1 pack gamechanger
Used these in marathons and training. Only issue is that it is hard to use these for the whole race. But using these helped me through first marathon without bonking. Having the two different flavours in one pack is great
