Not too painful on your gums
I previously bought the replacement nozzle with a narrow opening tip and the water pressure was uncomfortable on my gums. These nozzles with the flexible filament tip were perfect. Glad I finally have 4 replacements so I can replace as needed. Purchasing the exact one I want versus buying a mixed assortment speaks to designing a product with maximum flexibility.

Decent tool overall. Design flaw; the heads have a groove to lock in to the machine but it makes the heads fragile and prone to breaking. And apparently there are no OEM replacement heads that do not come in a pack with a bunch of useless extras.
