Why does the 30X look blurry, distorted, or make me feel dizzy?

This is a normal physical phenomenon with concave curved mirrors. We recommend keeping your eyes close to the mirror, adjusting to the clearest viewing distance, and keeping the mirror steady while in use.

How do I get a clear view with the 30X mirror?

The 30X mirror is for close-up use. Please keep your face within about 4 inches and adjust slowly until clear.

How do I adjust the brightness and light color?

Press and hold the power button to adjust the brightness continuously. Tap the light button to switch between cool, warm, and natural light. The mirror also remembers your last brightness setting for the next use.

What can I do if the mirror feels too low for me?

This mirror is made with foldability, portability, and easy storage in mind. Table height and personal preference may affect how it feels. For a more comfortable height, simply place it on a book, organizer, or small stand.

What if I am not satisfied with this mirror?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied or have any issue with the mirror, please reach out to us through Amazon. We’ll be happy to help with troubleshooting, replacement, or return options according to Amazon’s policy.
