When it comes time to spring forward, or back in the fall, how difficult is that or does the radio signal arrange for that function too?

I have a Seiko Prospex SSG015 using the caliber 8B92 movement and it does NOT adjust for daylight savings changes. Specifically, the manual for setting the watch says you have to fudge the time zone to correct for daylight savings. So it's a semi-automatic radio controlled movement at best. It also has about a half dozen settings exceptions that have to be corrected before radio control works at all. If you don't get everything tweaked just right you will think the watch is defective. Does the seconds hand move? Or it is just for chronograph?

There is a second hand but it's on the left side of the face a small circle the large what would normally be considered the second hand is used for the stopwatch and for telling what time zone
