Short useful life and terrible customer services
It failed to work properly after we used it for only 2.5 months. We sent the machine to De'Longhi for repairing which didn't inform us on the potential costs. It took them more than a month to fix it and now we received a 80 euros bill for repairs, which is outrageous.

Acquistata per un regalo,arrivata prima del previsto e in perfette condizioni, molto intuitiva per chi conosce già le macchinette caffè espresso,comunque in allegato si trova una mini guida e le istruzioni complete si possono scaricare con QR.Silenziosa e dotata di tutti gli accessori per caffè in cialde o polvere 1 o 2 tazze.Essendo un regalo non ho provato con la sciuma .

Die Dedica Duo in Grün hat ein minimalistisches Design ohne viel schwarze Plastikteile. Mit guten Kaffeebohnen vom lokalen Röster, einer Kaffeemühle für Espresso und einem einwandigem Siebträger klappt der Espresso sehr gut. Auf dem Bild ist der 51mm Siebträger von Kaffeemacher zu sehen (sehr empfehlenswert).
