These are great ink cartridges. They last a long time and I have ordered these more than once.

Pro - I was attracted to this item by the its competitive pricing, undercutting its competitors.Pro - Liked the vendor expedited my order immediately and I recieved the item quickly.Pro - More ink than the brand name competitors have so it has already printed more.Pro - The prints meet my needs and I plan on buying more ink cartridges from this vendor.Update - I have used two full cartridges and I am presently on my third cartridge. I initially encountered difficulties with my printer compatibility with the cartridges I purchased from this company.Yet, the customer service from this company has been attentive, proactive and professional. Their representative has helped tirelessly to resolve my concerns and with his help my cartridges work flawlessly now.It is from my experiences with this company I recommend this product and I will continue to do business with this vendor.It is an understatement to say I am grateful to Kirk their support representative that patiently got my project back on schedule. A well deserved 5 stars.

These have been in use for a few months now. I don't print a lot but so far, not bad. Sometimes my printer wants to balk at working because its not a HP product but I've been able to bypass those messages. I've had to take out and shake a little to keep working, not a huge deal.

I had a problem with one of my cartridges, called the number on the business card and a new cartridge was sent immediately! Thank you Cartlee Ink!

Installed ink cartridge and prints came out blurry first part of paragraph 1, then blank pages. NO INK In Cartridge?I I owe a sincere apology to the makers of the ink cartridges I received. Due to my IGNORANCE I failed to follow the instructions provided and DID NOT remove the film covering the ink dispenser, consequently that is why my printer dispensed blank pages. Upon removing the film I received excellent high quality copies. I truly am sorry for writing such a disparaging review as I had.

After multiple tries, cartridge did NOT work in my 3 yr. old canon computer, / There must have beenAfter many tries to install black cartridges, printer would not work. (It has with several other off brandAfter many tries with black cartridges, printer would not work with said cartridges.. Printer seemed towant only hP brand, and did work with expensive HP brand cartridge 63X. Other off brand names hadalso worked but are no longer available. Wonder if HP engineers have found updates to block off brandinks?
