Best thing I’ve ever used for KP — my skin actually changed!
I’ve had keratosis pilaris on my upper arms and thighs for years and tried so many products — this is the first one that genuinely made a visible difference. I used the Naturium KP Body Scrub & Mask 2–3 times per week for 4 weeks. After the second week I noticed the bumps were less noticeable and by week four my skin texture was so much smoother. Why it works for me: the scrub has a nice balance of chemical and physical exfoliation — it buffs away roughness without stripping my skin. It’s gentle enough that I could use it a few times a week without redness or irritation. My moisturiser absorbed so much better afterwards and my arms looked more even. Practical notes: I apply it to damp skin in the shower, massage for 30–60 seconds, leave it on like a mask for 2–3 minutes, then rinse and follow with a urea or lactic acid moisturiser. A little goes a long way. Would I recommend? Yes — especially if you want better texture and a smoother look. If you have very reactive skin, patch-test first. Works great! Just a bit drying
Works really well! I use it once or twice a week max and it really helps the KP on my arms and legs. Great on other rough body parts like the feet and hands. I let it sit as a mask for a few mins then lightly scrub off. I do find it a bit drying though, but a good moisturizer afterwards works great. It is comparable to the First Aid Beauty scrub and I would rather use this one for the price point.
