Excellent cookbook
Mastering the Art of French Cooking Volume One is meticulously detailed and explained and easily understood using easily available ingredients. Julia was a consummate chef and writer.

You can cook real food!
Fantastic cookbook for learning how to cook! And I can't help but hear Julia's voice in my head as I read through this book. I've made myself a promise to get away from overly processed foods and to cook for myself most of the time. This is just the cookbook to keep me out of the frozen dinner section of the grocery store.

Love this vintage copy of Julia’s classic cookbook!
