OPL HPR630 Aluminum Radiator For Suzuki SV650 & SV650N K3 K4

was a little harder to line up. OEM clips off the old radiator will not work. You can remove the clips and use the nuts and bolts still, just not the clip. I had to slightly bend the bottom bracket out a mm or 2 for everything to line up. The over flow hose adapter is larger. Simply get the hose wet and it will slide on. Flows great, stupid to say but looks good also with the aluminum frame.There are 2 radiator fans for the sv650 make sure yours has not been changed prior to ordering. The other reviewer had the other fan and needed a different radiator. Not the sellers fault.

Radiator came nicely packaged and in good shape. When I say a near perfect fit I mean it only took a few tweaks such as slightly bending brackets to be perfect. The fan had no real problem matching up. Mine was a little bent so any mismatch is my fault, but It went together fine. The mount on the bottom of the radiator that bolts to the front cylinder head was not large enough to use the rubber bushing with the metal insert inside of it. Had to just put bolt through the bushing and used a large washer to compress and hold the bushing properly. It will be fine that way. The temp sensor and radiator outlet hose positions are swapped but it didn't matter. Hose fits just fine. Have had it on bike for 2-3 weeks now and about 1000 miles with no leaks at all. Looks reasonably well built. I think the body is a little stiffer than stock but the mounts are made of aluminum and are more easily bent.

Radiator is wider than stock so it causes the plastics to widen out and are very difficult to get to line up and bolt back onto the bike. The materials they made this radiator out of are super cheap and flimsy. One tab for the fan mounting location was completely welded upside down so I had to rotate and modify the fan bracket to mount to be able to mount it and use all 3 tabs. Took a lot of effort to make this one work and honestly isn’t worth it. Spend a few bucks more and get an oem radiator or one from another bike and modify it to fit if you want a “better” radiator.

This is an oem fit radiator with hose and temp sensor connections in the same location as stock. The fan tabs however are not even close to stock.

Had it leak as soon as I got it.

Arrived very well vacuumed sealed within a box. Installation went okay and looks great.

Fits a 2003 SV650 perfectly. Fan & horn mounted right up. Brackets a bit flimsy but overall happy with the quality.
