5 star for prompt service, easy to swallow and quality product. 4 star for flavor, since there is no flavor. That's a good thing, but doesn't make sense to me to give 5 stars for that. And, 5 star for value, because this is a necessity ingredient for daily consumption. Thanks for making it available so readily. I have been ordering it for over a couple years now, and it has helped keep my immune system strong with other supplements like Vitamin D with K3, Selenium, Potassium with Magnesium, Folic Acid, B12 spray and Korean Ginseng. Good to build these up in your system, but once you start skipping them for a couple days or so, your immune system becomes compromised. Just an FYI. I had to recently learn that the hard way.

Another one of the supplements I am taking on the Candida program to get rid of that nasty fungus growing in my body and probably your body too. I believe that Candida fungus could be the one thing that is causing so many illnesses. But that is my opinion and that is why I am ridding my body of that nasty stuff. After being diagnosed with Diabetes, I came to the realization that the Candida could be the reason for it and want to prove something to my doctor. I have done almost non-stop reading for the past 10 years and a lot of what I do is research into illnesses and I read a lot of books and many books on new ways of dealing with an illness other than conventional Western medicine. I believe there is a better, healthier way of dealing with our bodies. In the book "Candida: Killing So Sweetly", the writer details a specific protocol for getting rid of the fungus and I am currently in my second week of the protocol and it is working. Taking Zinc as one of the supplements is part of the protocol but the writer warns to only take for 2 weeks so this is it for me and Zinc. Not sure why only two weeks but apparently we can give our bodies too much of a good stuff before it becomes bad for us. I follow instructions well and I am doing great on this diet.

I've purchased this brand 8 times and it's been tasteless, but the most recent bottle has a nasty taste unlike the others. I'm swallowing, not chewing. When I place it on my tongue - I can't get it down fast enough. And I swallow my supplements along with food! I've changed brands because of it. Update: Nature's Sunshine contacted me to offer a full refund. I have updated my review to 4 stars. I am a long-time purchaser of this brand, and know this must have been a "fluke". Nice to know they stand behind their products and are listening to customer feedback. Excellent customer service protocol.
