Yes plus has pressure fit that holds the core if it's not magnetic

Is it good for R410A and deep vacuums?

I used mine installing a mini- split 410a system. Pulled good vacuum with no issues. I don’t have manifold gauges so I added a suction gauge to this and I use it as a core remover or as a manifold.

Does this tool come with seals already inside it? I received some seals with the tool and wasn’t sure if it was only for rebuilding or installing myse

My tool came with the seals. I didnt receive any additional seals.

Is this gen 2 which has magnetic base and adjustable tip?

It has a magnetic base. I don't know anything about the adjustable tip. I found the tip a bit loose, so I used a plier to pinch it so the shurader valve can be hold without falling while I insert it.
