Everything you need to build your body!
I was lucky I bought this on sale. It is a bargain. It does come with just about everything you need to rebuild your body. Iโm a fan of calisthenics and isometric exercise. These tools allow you to build muscles and stretching your body while using resistance. It is a great addition to my home workout routine. I highly recommend this product!

Essential Kit for Beginners and Onward
This was a great set to have as I am starting my at-home pilates. It has everything you would need if you're just beginning minus a pair of dumbbells! It's been of great use though even on days when I don't use the reformer

Over-priced wannabe items
The inflatable ball is badly made as it can't retain air in the ball as there's no valve system at the aperture of inflation. The weight bands (each band of different weight & tension) are poor as the differences in tension between the range of bands are imperceptible.
