Really like this seasoning. Made a hot pot of our own, and it was very similar to our favorite hot pot restaurant. Used about 2 tbls in a quart of veg broth plus some very finely grated carrots, garlic and onion. Heated it very hot to cook some more veggies and ramen for a couple of minutes, and it was perfect.

Love this stuff! Great flavor sometimes I add a little bit of chicken seasoning to it as well just to kind of elevate it. But then that I've got this twice now and just love having this with some zero carb noodles and vegetables

Good taste and good flavor spicy

I need about 6 of these a year. I always add several carrots, some celery, green onions, mushrooms, garlic, a jalapeno, and shredded cabbage to my Ramen. A spoonful of this flavoring ensures that the added veggies are not leaving the dish weak. It reminds me of living in Incheon. It would last longer if it didn't taste so good in other soups as well.

This soup powder is very delicious! If you want some quick and easy Ramen, it's 2 cups of water and 1 tsp of powder (though I do 1.5 tsp and 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillon for some added flavor) and you can use the 3 lb pack of Japanese wheat noodles with this and I swear they cook fast and they don't get soggy or mushy. The spice level is medium, at least for me. Not much sodium or salt taste in my opinion, just comfortable spice with subtle onion/garlic notes. 9/10 would buy again.
