After viewing the other comments, I tried allowing fluff time as directions suggest- however nothing happened. I resorted to the use of the dryer, low heat, tumble. Excellent results. Fit nicely over mattress. As suggested by another customer, we covered it with our protective covering. The mattress was so soft and my husband, who prefers a cool mattress said it was much better! I would recommend this cover to those considering the multitudes of possibilities out there. For the price, thickness, and cooling-it is the best choice so far!
