Wouldn't purchase again.
The chair looks nice, but one of the holes on side of chair back was crooked so the screw would not go in well. Ended up using about half a bottle of super glue to hopefully secure it in. Also has one leg that you have to attach. Don't understand the reasoning behind that, but it should be reconsidered in future chair production. It kept popping off as I had to to turn chair over to stuggle with crooked screw hole. I didnt want to disassemble what Inhad already got together to send it back. Just need the chair to last a year or so. My next chair will be a Titan for sure.

Very hard cushion, lower leg rest sliced out whenever turning around, if seating for longer than 30-45 mins it starts to becomes uncomfortable and restless

Great for 300lb men!
This chair fits me great and I’m a 300lbs/6ft tall man. For the price and quick delivery it’s hard to beat. The foot rest is still too short a 6ft tall man to use but I never use it anyway. The seat is more comfortable than the Walmart branded chairs but it’s still not as comfy ass the fancier office chairs.

Bad experience but it was resolved.
My return has been approved, but now I have to wait to hear about shipping. Hopefully, customer service is better than most. I'll update when I find out. The chair also does not rock like most gaming chairs. It was easy enough to put together and it looks great, but functionality just wasn't there. I hope this defect is a random event and not the normal. I have a bad spine and have already underwent surgery, so falling back could have really hurt me. As of now I think I'm OK, thankfully. UPDATE: Seller is amazing and fixed my problem with ease. I added a star as a result.

Overall looks comfortable easy to assemble mine came with footrest stop screw missing but replaced with another screw
