Sticks well on vinyl siding
Repair patch works great. Luckily my house is white,so the patch blended in real well. I had two small holes in the siding and this patch covered them perfectly. Backing has grid lines so you can cut it to fit better. After you peal the backing off,you put the patch over the hole and use a cloth to rub it on the siding. It actually conforms to the fake grain of the siding and that helps it blend in better. Works great for what I needed it for. Great purchase. Cheers!

Here's what I did...
We found this product on a video someone had shared and had to figure out two things before buying: 1) is the price where I'm able to take a shot at this fix without making it irreversibly worse and without costing so much that I could potentially deeply regret it? It was right in the sweet spot; and I found the alternative costs to be way more. Hundreds for replacement, or self-loathing for doing nothing. 2) My realistic expectations: how close do I need this to look really good from, and will this get me there? My number was 8 feet, and from what I read, I decided yes, it would. We were dealing with several 1/4 to 3/4 inch holes in several different long runs of siding along the side of the house, and one larger one near the gutter. It would have taken replacement of at least 4 separate panels which is the worst option other than leaving it un-repaired. The application was easy, although I can't imagine not understanding how to use this. The color was so close that we almost didn't bother painting it, but having watched the video, I naturally went for it. The attached picture shows the before and after of the first fix we did, which happened to be the largest hole we had near the gutter. The results were even better on the later applications because I finally remembered to actually feather the paint properly. I attached photos of my very first attempt because it's probably the fairest representation of an average Joe doing this with no experience... even that attempt came out great, and is barely noticeable from more than a few feet away; and it got even better from there. Something to note: Don't expect a heavy, thick application. I think the lines would be way too prominent if it were thick anyway; and this made the painting a breeze. On a larger hole, I feel like I would use plumber's putty on the hole, sand it dead smooth, then apply the Mendyl... then there would be no depressions visible in the least. Maybe the seller can say if this would be ok to do with the product; but it's certainly not necessary, you can see in the photo it's barely visible, and that was our largest hole. We experienced no edge curl-up, no insufficient adhesion, and super important, no poorly machined pieces with bad edges. And as I write this, all applications have had no adverse reaction to cold or warm weather, nor the rain, nor the hose (its durability was my number one concern going in, and it's evident that it's just part of the house now and isn't going anywhere). I will update the review if this changes. If you are considering replacement because of small to medium sized holes in your vinyl... definitely reconsider. I'm not sure why someone would dish out unnecessary money to replace siding when you can just patch the hole with this to remove the weather vulnerability... paint it so it looks nice to visitors, yourself and your neighbors, and spend your siding money on something else more exciting than siding, which is almost literally anything else. You have to decide for yourself, but for me... I like it, I wish I thought of it, and I suppose I would recommend it to a friend... most of them at least. The rest of them donโt deserve my recommendations :)

Great option
We had a stump grinder out that a piece of the stump flew up and damaged the siding. This worked great as a fix. From a distance itโs great to hide the damage up close itโs a bit easier to locate. Super easy to use

Itโs okay
Itโs really not as advertised. Itโs just a vinyl sticker and not very thick. I was expecting better quality for the price.

Patch worked great.
This is sent perfect but it's pretty close. Hail a couple weeks ago put a hole in my siding but I fished the broken piece out from inside and put it on the sticky side to use. I have a lot of acrylic paints so Iixed some up to match the siding. Cleaned the area off with alcohol before I started mixing. It was easy to use and the repair looks fine. I think it will be durable.

Works great but requires prep work for best appearance and adhesion
Works much better than tape as some people suggested. Many people gave this bad reviews. If you donโt prep the area correctly you will not like the results. If you do, it will make a very good patch. A lot better than replacing the siding if you canโt match it due to age. At a minimum prep area with alcohol before patch is applied to the hole but for best appearance do the following. 1. Fill the hole with low expanding foam. Trim and sand foam as needed. 2. At this point you can use an exterior sparkle over the foam for better appearance but not needed if you just want a solid patch that looks ok. 3. Clean area with alcohol. Very important for proper adhesion. 4. Apply patch. Large patches are more noticeable. 5. Get a piece of siding that has been exposed to the sun. Probably from the hole you are working on. Color match at store and paint the area that was patched. Feather paint in around the patch for best appearance. It is expensive but better than tape.

Perfect
I'm no tradesman but fitted these patches over a couple of holes in the cladding for my caravan. Unless your standing right on top of it you can not see the patch at all

Perfect for and damage
I saw a video of this product and thought that would be so helpful if true. I had 2 spots that the siding had damage. Cleaned the area and applied the patch. It has held up to rain and -30 so far. Just need to paint it now but I would recommend
