Swanson's is one of my preferred supplement suppliers. I use a variety of supplements and have found this Lion's Mane Mushroom supplement to be beneficial for me. I noticed I have better clarity, focus, and better mood with no side effects. The price is competitive and the dosage is what I was looking for. As with any supplement none are universally effective. Different people can have different results.

I’d been having issues with my memory and concentration. After taking the lions mane tablets, I noticed a significant difference in my memory, concentration and overall mood.

I loved the price point and low cost per serving. I don’t know that it is the fault of this product, but I had no noticeable cognitive benefits from taking this Lions Mane. With that said, I’ve never noticed cognitive benefits from lions mane after trying it from numerous reputable vendors. It was as good as any other Lions Mane I’ve bought on Amazon. The purported benefits of Lions Mane would lead me to consider continue buying it once my financial situation becomes better.

I have been taking this brand of Lions Mane mushroom for years and I'm 80 and doing fine mentally. I highly recommend it.

Lion's Mane, amoung other things, helps with insomnia

I've been a student of Nootropics for a few years now and Lion's Mane has often been a supplement that's been suggested as a cognitive enhancer, but it comes with a caveat. Typically one has to "stack" Lion's Mane with other nootropics such as one of the racetrams, cdp-choline, and other assorted supplements in this category (a google search of nootropic stack will educate interested parties further). The effect of Lion's Mane is not like flicking on a light switch, it takes several months of steady useage and for optimal results, stacked with other supplements for its use to lead to any gains. Ideally, one takes it daily in a time frame measured in years. Swanson's purity control is fairly decent, though I don't have my own labs to verify their claims, online research suggests they can be relied on to deliver a fairly decent quality of product. Because of the cost of this product, especially because I've found supplies that are significantly cheaper, I cannot recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a bountiful pocketbook. If cost is of no concern to you, add a star, otherwise 3 stars is as best as I can give this in good conscious.

I just love lion's mane mushroom supplements in general, for memory & overall brain health, in addition to helping maintain a feeling of calm while remaining alert. Great product!

I used lions main for a few months. Did not feel any impact. But I received the product on time and the package was in good shape.

Writing the review after taking it for a month now although I am not consistently taking it I usually take it on weekdays n skip the weekends, I feel clear after taking it I don’t feel mental fog, the energy levels stay consistent throughout the day, I have also felt clam most days of taking it, like my mind isnt constantly overthinking things, working on tasks even difficult ones feels clear. Not sure about the long term effects but I think it does work fine havent had anything like this before, I heard about lions mane via Huberman and wanted to try this,

It keeps me focused and relaxed as in tension free at my work, i take it along with ashwaganda capsule once in the morning and evening. Highly recommended for those whose work is on the go. Try it it’s worth the money.
