Started leaking after a 2 weeks

I LOVE this bottle. The design and aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. It keeps drinks cool for hours. The 22oz fits nicely in my card cup holders. The straw/spout is really nice l, as well as having the ability to easily pop the lid to “chug”. However, part of what was appealing about this bottle was having removable parts for easy and thorough cleaning, however, after the first clean, the seal was never quite right again so leaked frequently if laid down. Another appealing factor was the easily poppable clear lid on top and after only 3 months of having this bottle, using it almost daily, the catch on the plastic has worn and broken off so now I’m unable to close it. I’d love to have a replacement but I’m worried that the same scenarios would repeat.

Literally what u want in a bottle, leakproof, keeps stuff hot or cold. However I’ve dropped it a couple of times and now if it’s not uptight it leaks so it’s a good bottle just not if u drop it 😂. Got my friend one to and same thing with her she dropped hers once and now it leaks

I bought this water bottle for my daughter for Christmas and it’s leaking. I shall be returning it and asking for a full refund

So I love this brand of bottles but this is the first time I got this model, where there's an elastic band towards the top. Which that in itself is fine but my god this bottles actual rubber ring that prevents water falling out keeps on coming loose and there's been many times where my bag has ended up getting wet and soggy. I've never had this problem before with other models. Pissing me off.

Disappointed. Great bottle on surface but failed within six months as the lid broke away when closing making it unusable. Too expensive too last only six months

Disgusted- opened the package and the lid was covered in what appeared to be lipstick. Then opened it and it had all water droplets inside has been used even though it was bought as new. Do not order.

I like the bottle overall but after about 2 months of use, I noticed the top rubber section is full of mould and very difficult to clean. No good…

Resumo: A Ello Pop mudou meus hábitos de hidratação, sendo muito prática, embora sinta falta de uma proteção extra na base. Pontos Positivos: • Praticidade no uso: O sistema de sucção (que não precisa inclinar a garrafa) é o ponto alto. Facilitou muito o meu consumo de água no dia a dia. • Leveza: Surpreende por ser leve, mesmo tendo um tamanho considerável. • Performance Térmica: Mantém a água gelada por longos períodos, exatamente como prometido. • Transporte: O sistema de carregamento é rápido e muito eficiente para quem está sempre em movimento. Ponto de Atenção: • Falta de proteção na base: Ela não possui aquela proteção de borracha (boot) no fundo. Isso a deixa vulnerável a amassados em quedas ou riscos em batidas secas ao colocá-la na mesa. Como o corpo é metálico, faz um pouco de barulho e exige um cuidado extra para não danificar a pintura ou a estrutura por baixo. Resultado Final: Minha meta de água dobrou! É uma garrafa maravilhosa e funcional, mas recomendo cuidado ao manusear ou a compra de uma "capinha" de silicone avulsa para proteger o fundo.
