Had a name brand maker of similar size that finally went out and not easily repaired - we got this unit which was much cheaper and have been quite pleased with the function and daily output. I could buy several of these for what my original cost and they perform the same.

I received this as a Christmas present, but just recently hooked it up and it will not make ice it rotates and rotates and rotates for 45 minutes to an hour and then says E2. E2 refers to the refrigerant however the machine has never been used so I don’t know why there would be no refrigerant and the return window has sense closed so it’s a couple hundred dollar paperweight.

Makes ice like nobodies business! There is a dump tray under the ice making grid that was rubbing on the rubber hose on the right side that goes down to the water pump. It was preventing the dump tray from popping back up so it could start on the next batch of ice. I was able to push the pump and hose with my finger over to the right side and fixed the problem. Wanted to mention it in case anyone else runs into the same issue. Makes different sized cubes which is nice! I still have to peel off the white plastic covering over the stainless but that looks nice too. Now everyone in the house can be ice hog’s and still have plenty of ice! Go smoothies and sugar free ice cream not stop!

I’m giving this ice machine 1 star because both units I received failed far too quickly. The first one stopped working after only three days. Customer service told me to return it and they would send a replacement, which they did — but the second machine quit after about five weeks. I spent weeks going back and forth with customer service trying to troubleshoot the issue, only for the company to finally conclude that the unit just wasn’t going to work. After nearly two weeks of emails, they initially offered only a 50% refund. I pushed back, and they eventually agreed to a full refund. I’m very disappointed with the product itself, though customer service was ultimately reasonable and did the right thing in the end. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and I cannot recommend this ice machine.

Did not work out of the box , had to take it apart and connect a wire back onto the water flow solenoid for the hard line plug in side , was easier to fix then to send back cause it’s so big

Works great

I loved that you can connect this ice maker to a formal water source or use bottled water as a water source. It also makes ice quickly and well. With that said, I ended up returning it because after each load of ice the flapper that sensors a full load of ice would remain in the down position and the ice maker would stop making ice until I manually push it back up. I even reached out to support and they sent me a video that demonstrated how to remove the flapper and replace it but the issue remained.
