Why does the newly arrived battery run out of power so quickly?

Because the new battery is not fully charged, it needs to be fully charged before use.

I don't know which nozzle to use with my paint?

Use the included viscosity cup to test the paint type, and then select the nozzle. You can refer to the step-by-step diagram on the details page, otherwise it will affect the use effect.

What is the reason for the intermittent spraying of paint?

The biggest problem may be that the paint is diluted with water. The paint must be diluted with professional diluent. Water is insoluble in paint and cannot be diluted!

What should I do first when encountering a product problem?

Contact our after-sales support team and we will solve your problem promptly.

What is the reason for not being able to spray paint?

If the spray gun can be started, it is not a product problem. Excluding installation problems, most of the time it is a paint problem. If it cannot be sprayed, dilute it with a diluent (not water) until it can be used!
