Good quality
It’s thick and effective. Comes in a dark glass bottle. I dilute it with a carrier oil and use as it as an oil cleanser. I also use it as is as a moisturizer. Good value for the money.

Good Pure Oil
This is some thick stuff like it's supposed to be. Very sticky and slight smell. Not a bad smell. I believe this is a good pure product and I'm happy with it.

I use castor daily and will only purchase if in a brown glass bottle, cold pressed and became free. This product checked all the boxes!

Cracked Oil Pump Dispenser
I received my order and the pump would not dispense the oil. After a through investigation of the pump there was a hair line crack in the tube that caused the oil not to dispense from the pump. The only way I could get the oil from the bottle was to pour it in my hand which is very inconvient. I searched the Amazon site but could not find a replacement pump for the Velona glass bottle. My rating is for the oil quality and not the defect in the pump.
