These are great, and the price is even better. I wear two in one nostril and one in the other and get compliments all the time. They aren't too long, which can be uncomfortable. Actually going to go buy some more right now just to have backups!

It’s good but i wasnt able to wear them cs it was two big for the needles

I’ve been wearing mine 24/7 since I bought and had no bad reaction to my nose piercings (1 of them is a bit fresh but I was tired of that super long bar they put in initially). I sleep with them, shower with them, put makeup on, and nothing weird has happened with them. I bought the 18g, 3mm. They’ve never fallen out. Just don’t rub your towel or blanket over your face. The minute you feel a towel or blanket get stuck just be gentle. They really shouldn’t be falling out, and mine have not. update 6/1/25: ive worn them everyday since march 28 and they have never fallen out or bothered my nose. one of my nose piercings was still healing when i switched it to this one and it healed fine, so i have no doubt these are good quality. There has never been any discoloration or irritation. I use 2 of them for the double nostril look. Update July 2026: still wear them everyday, only fall out if you snag on them not during sleep or anything. Doesn’t irritate my nose, no bumps.. I wear them on both sides. still awesome purchase

The rings looked really good. I wasn’t sure about the sizing and I got them a bit too small so I had to return them. Will be reordering with the right size.

18 g is perfect size perfect size . I found the larger size difficult to keep in during sleep and wearing glasses

Distance between the hook and the gem is a bit far apart for me. It sticks out quite a bit so I had to fold it more for it to fit more snugly.
