Worst service experience with Samsung. The product quality is good, but service is also an important part of the customer experience. After delivery, there was no timely installation support, and it has been very difficult to reach customer service for assistance. Customers should not have to wait days for a basic installation request. Samsung needs to improve its after-sales service and customer support process. Good products deserve good service. Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung support has been disappointing.

The video quality and pictures quality is amazing and sound

It's been 3 days from installation All features working well. Picture quality is good and sound very clear but if you want theatrical experience get soundbar. Actually warranty was 2 years is very supportive. I took these product on summer sale with cost of 25K and I'm satisfied with the product at these price. I can review after some months which helps others to decide for taking these product is good or not.

50 inch uhd tv bought for 38k after card offers - Build quality is really poor. Feels flimsy. - Picture quality is alright but I had to play around with the settings a lot. Default colors, saturation and contrast were really bad. - 4K upscaling is ok for full hd 1080p content but for regular tv/dth it's really average. Had a 43 inch full hd tv earlier and it was much better. - OS is somewhat buggy and lags sometimes but it's not a deal breaker for me. - Sound is flat and avg. Q Symphony works only with certain Samsung speaker when connected via hdmi arc . Overall average TV, doesn't really offer anything over the cheaper tvs like MI, Hisense, etc. Bought this just for brand value but I'm not really sure if this will past any longer than the cheaper ones.
