does it need to put in refrigerator after open the can? So it is this shred food better than pate ?

If your cat is not going to eat the entire can of food, then yes, put what it doesn't eat in the refrigerator. As far as what is better, shredded or pate, it depends on your cat. My cat prefers the shredded better than the pate.

Do I need a can opener to open these cans?

No, a can opener isn’t required.
