Good air conditioner
Good air conditioner and arrived quickly. Lots of options such as a timer, temperature and high or low fan.

A standard air conditioning unit.
The AC unit cools down the room pretty well, so it does its main job. It's about as loud as other portable AC units, so not a sleeping aid, nothing unexpected there. However, the advert was misleading about the window kit. It's totally useless for UK casement windows, and you have to buy an extra one to seal the room. The manual is poorly translated, and I had to guess most of the time what it was supposed to say; however, assembling the unit is fairly obvious.

Broken on arrival
Broken on arrival. Box was soaked in oil. Fan worked but heating and cooling did not.

NO LOUDER THAN OTHER UNITS WORKS EXTREMELY WELL
It is a little bit loud, but as you can see, I have made a hole in the wall and bought a new extra extractor pipe which is the maximum 3 m long now, and it cools the sitting room down really well With the sitting room door closed, you can hardly hear the air conditioning unit which is in the kitchen now

Excellent cooling a large room but noisy
Cooled the room down quickly, quite powerful. Only downside is that’s it’s quite noisy. Couldn’t leave it on to go to sleep.
