Sea Point Farms Edamame Fettuccine, 7.05 oz

It's a chewy noodle with some bounce - pretty nice texture, not like mung bean noodles. I used them in a dry pasta dish and a soup.

Tastes the most like regular pasta that I've tried! Kind of a nutty flavor, I'll buy again for sure. It gives me my pasta fix.

I bought this as a high protein, shelf stable meal for my emergency kit. It is more convincing as a wheat noodle substitute than black beans, hearts of palm, or miracle noodles. Zucchini noodles taste better but are minimal protein and not shelf stable. I found it best with pesto, garlic, oil, and parmesan.

This is not only very high in protein but has the texture of pasta and actually tastes great!! My new Fave!!

I liked that they’re high in protein and fiber, low in saturated fat, have No cholesterol and have some other nutrients. Also if you add them to boiling water they cook in 4-5 minutes. They’re good with different Sauces and also pesto.

I expected something softer, but this was not at all like normal pasta. I'll have to keep looking for a low carb alternative to traditional pasta.

Súper good, didn’t taste exactly like a typical white noodle, but if you’re use to wheat noodles these will definitely be up your ally. Even my super picky husband loves them!

Amazingly tasty, filling, and versatile! It’s insanely easy to fix, and you can put any number of things with it! High protein, high fiber!!
