Is the wheatgrass juiced by a grinder or by a press?

Wheatgrass juice can only be made in a masticating juicer. These run at slow speeds, simulate chewing, impart very little heat and press the plant to make juice. Other juicing techniques such as centrifugal juicers (spinning) and presses cannot produce juice from wheatgrass.

Does this contain all the original vitamins, minerals, and enzymes?

It sure does contain all the vitamins, minerals and enzymes. We field grow the plants which creates a far better taste, tolerance and nutrition. Chlorophyll alone is 50% higher. Many nutrients are 10% - 20% higher. Some are as much as 300% higher. That better field grown plant is harvested, juiced and the qualities it contains are suspended in time by flash freezing. Freezing does not damage nutrition or enzymes but other things we do are required to keep it intact without oxidation or biological ageing. We juice in a closed system with no atmosphere, vacuum pack the juice and flash freeze it in a nitrogen system. Everything is done continuously so nothing is done batch to batch and it is done quickly. If these were sold in smaller quantity packages like 20-25 oz/packages, I would buy them.

I ordered the 100 ounce package and it doesn’t take up much room. Each sheet is separate. It takes much less room than expected. It is also much better than any other wheat grass juice. Smells floral to me. Very fresh. They have a 50 ounce package on their website, also.

I notice this ships from New Jersey. Where is it grown?

Our juice is made in the Oak Ridges Moraine about 1 hour drive north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I can't include links in these messages but a Google search for Dynamic Greens Wheatgrass will show the exact location of the farm. Shipping costs a small fortune and delays will damage the juice. To keep things running smoothly, we relay the juice through this point.
