Have the sizes changed over the years? I bought 42’s like 10 years ago in one of the original cross trainers. Those fit great till they gave out.

Are these puncture resistant?

Unfortunately, my purchase of Five Fingers was not a good experience, because they were too tight. They run a full size smaller than the sizes shown on Amazon. The bottom / sole does appear to provide plenty of protection.

Aloha! has anyone used these long-term on sharp volcanic rock (‘a’ā) like we have here on hawai‘i island? how do the soles hold up? mahalo!
