Revlon Light & Fast Hair Dryer | 1875W Stunning Blowouts Easily and Comfortably

This dryer is exactly what I needed. Since I now have a pixie cut, I wanted a dryer with a slower speed and lower temperature so that I could take my time styling my hair. My other dryers had speeds and temps that were too high and dried my hair before I could do anything with it.

I’ve purchased this dryer twice now & it doesn’t disappoint! Provided a long life on the1st purchase & I hope that this one will too. The dryer does what it’s supposed to & it gets the job done. I’ve purchased expensive dryers prior that don’t take care of me 1/2 as good as this one does, I love it & would buy it again.

Looks nice, has good power, light, reasonable value for the money. It is just a bit loud.

This dryer comes with a little booklet, full of warnings and useless information, but basic instructions are lacking. TIP: there is a reset button. If you have problems getting the power to come on use the reset. I had a problem with the unit not wanting to come on so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and then hit the reset button. I like the basic features of the dryer. It is just enough for me to use in winter. I don’t need a whole lot of settings. I just need to make sure my hair gets dry. This dryer has a reset button, several settings, and several accessories. I didn’t like the instructions and ended up looking online for instructional videos. Still good enough for a top rating.

The hair dryer works as expected. It's essentially the same as the one had before that was silver; I had the other one about 5 years. My hair is fine, so it may work differently on thick hair. I use the diffuser and it works well. There is no light below the high-off-low button, but it makes no difference to me. It may be more lightweight than the previous one. I didn't compare them side by side before the other one was tossed. It fits fine in my hand; the bumps on the back of the handle probably add to it not slipping from my grip. The back panel over the fan sometimes pops open but it does not affect my ability to operate the hair dryer. The cord is shorter than the other one. This does not bother me since the outlet I use is so close. I actually appreciate the shorter cord because it's less likely to get tangled.

My wife had a hair dryer that would cut in and out, and it would cause some frustration. After listening to her complaining and banging on the counter, I ordered this one. It arrived the next day and I won her heart over again. The one she had, had a loose connection in the power cord that caused the problem. It was a cheap model from the local Big box department store. So, I'm hoping she has learned that you get what you pay for. Yes, I will order another one if this one fails in the distant future...

I loved these dryers and I've owned at least four of these hair dryers over the years. I have arthritis so I really loved how lightweight these dryers are and they are pretty quiet. I don't have long or thick hair and this dryer worked fine for me. The problem is that they don't last long and each time I replaced one, the new dryer would last a shorter period of time. The first dryers had an issue where the power cord joined the dryer and eventually they smoked and sparked at that join and stopped working. Another one just stopped working for no apparent reason. The most recent one didn't even last 6 months before it stopped working while I was drying my hair. The high, low, off button got stuck in the high position and wouldn't budge. The cords have become so short that I can only dry my hair in the bathroom where the plug is higher on the wall, otherwise I'd need an extension cord. So this time I bought a conair which is about as light and quiet as the revlon, with the same short cord, and I'm guessing it will last about as long.

I received an used hair dryer. Amazon reimbursed me after returning the product, but this was supposed du be a present and I checked it only because there were traces that the box was opened before. I am very disappointed in Revlon.
