Is this large enough to wear as a wrap/ruana? Or sized only to be worn as a scarf? Thanks!

It is wide enough and long enough to wear as a wrap/shawl. I wore my red one at Christmas time that way.

How do you use plastic ring with scarf

I don't use it. It is like hanger from the store. Some people keep it, some don't. I put my scarfs flat on the closet shelf.
