I bought this as I struggle with my knee, once it decides to kick off nothing will help it and I can barely walk so have to go and rest in bed. I've used this every time my knee has shown signs that it's about to start and it's stopped the problem progressing every time. It's comfortable to wear - a little on the tight side of comfy, but that's the point of it - and is great quality. We've used the pound shop ones many times in the past but with this one you can absolutely justify the price tag, it doesn't stretch out of shape, is thick but breathable so you don't get hot and bothered by it, and most importantly it does what it says on the tin. If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the length of it, maybe an inch or two shorter and it would be perfect. Anyhow, all in all, it's fantastic and if your knee(s) play you up, you need one of these.

I have just received two Physix Gear Knee Support Braces. So far have only tried one out on rolling terrain long walks, and not on steep ascents/descents. But, I can safely say that the Physix Gear Knee Support Brace is comfortable and gives good medium support (I am using it for hillwalking). It stays in place and does not wrinkle behind the knee, unlike other knee supports I have used which wrinkled and formed an uncomfortable lump behind my knee. It also looks good - sporty rather than medical. I measured 17.5 cm, which was just above the maximum for a size Small, and was undecided whether to order Small or Medium, as I am a petite size and small frame. However, being just above the 17 cm, I decided to order Medium, and the fit is perfect.

Buena rodillera. Podría estar más reforzada en la parte central justo donde va la rodilla. En mi caso aprieta más en los extremos por la goma que en la parte que necesito , hay que tener cuidado para pedir la talla correcta. No puede quedar suelta pero tampoco apretar demasiado en los extremos.

Supports the joint well but tends to ruck up behind the knee during exercise. The product has a gell strip to help prevent this and to some extent it is successful, but eventually the support rucks up at the back and needs regular repositioning. Can’t see how this can be rectified and cannot be prevented, so all in it is value for money
